About
Nora Saleh received her Juris Doctor from The University of Windsor in 2018 and holds an additional Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2019 and has a dynamic Solicitor’s practice in Windsor, Ontario, focusing on Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial, and Wills and Estates law. Despite pursuing a career in law, Ms. Saleh has a demonstrated passion for teaching English as a second language, primarily to Arabic-speaking newcomers to Canada. Following her volunteer work with minorities during her undergraduate years, Ms. Saleh became an English Language instructor and provided English tutelage through the London Cross Cultural Learner Centre’s Community Access program. This passion followed her all the way to Alexandria, Egypt, where she worked as an English Instructor at the Future Language School. Since then, Ms. Saleh has formally completed her TESOL/TEFL training through Coventry House International (Toronto, Ontario) and is a TESL Standard One Professional Certification Candidate. Furthermore, she is a member and coordinator at Women Empowerment of Canada for Newcomers organization (WECanN).
