At this moment in local level working associated professor and head of Department of Management and Communication Science in Latvian Academy of Sport Education also chairman of the board of educational institution Latvian Coaches Continuing Education Center, as well as acting as a member of the board of the Latvian Olympic Academy and as an individual member of the Latvian Olympic Committee. In the international level – acting as a member of the board of the European Observatoire of Sport and Employment.
